Jennifer is well known for her books - Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013). She brings a wealth of practical experience of working with groups with a variety of hats - experiential educator, coach, facilitator. She's designed and delivered team and group programs in 18 countries, and has led virtual programs for a decade. She's also an award winning program designer.
